Good experience so far
Easy to open new account online. An initial problem was sorted very quickly though one telephone call. Haven't done much more to comment on, but so far very satisfied. Good interest rate on savings.

painful chat service
pretty simple enquiry but a really painful + slow chat - assistant was really slow + not helpful left me unsure if he'd resolved the matter. then cut the chat off so I couldn't save a transcript
