I can find the gauge and the size of the barbell I want but often times the size of the ball or cone is missing. And you rarely offer a choice of different size balls.

That's a great idea to suggest that we include the size information of the ball or cone. We do already include that information on our 0.8mm to 1.6mm bars, but currently not on our 2mm upwards bars. We'll start updating the information on our large gauge jewellery today - thank you so much for your suggestion. Regarding the screws, we had no idea that you had a problem. We have not had any similar reports from other customers and so it sounds like yours could be an isolated incident. Please contact us with full details so that we can resolve this issue to your complete satisfaction.

I definitely agree with you that it would be really helpful to see the posting class and method by which the order was sent.
