Horrific
Absolutely awful, sent me the lettered ring and also didn’t show the full image of the ring so didn’t realise it’s an adjustable one. Which isn’t want I was looking for.

Good website. Customer Service very responsive
Website navigation is Seamless. But once the order is done and paid, the delivery information were sparse. However, the Customer service was very quick to give it when I asked them.
