It is not Ortak, it is Brexit which plays fools with European customers. No idea why my parcel was returned to sender, except funny British leaders claiming Brexit is the best which has ever happened.

Confusing delivery information.
My order seemed to be taking too long so I contacted Ortak. I was informed that the earrings would be dispatched in a few days. They arrived the following day ! Obviously there is some communication...
