Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It really does help us identify areas where we can make improvements. The form descriptions on the website are generic and do cover all the trees we supply regardless of species, which is why we mention on the website that our team are available to answer any questions regarding the form of them. I'd like to confirm that we have amended the wording to better reflect the broad spectrum of trees that we supply. The tree you chose is by nature a slow growing and quite upright variety when young but it has had formative pruning which will help the crown to fill out over the next couple of years and as we stated in our earlier email to you we would be happy to discuss your tree in more detail if you would like to contact us.
