Very tasty high in fibre and low in sugar making it a guilt free snack with my mid morning coffee

I like using the shakes, it was not as easy as the first time I used the them but persevered with it. Lost 6lbs so was happy. Ordered more and having 1 for breakfast during the week.

I have lost 15kg this year thanks to the shakes. Nice smooth texture and taste. I love the chocolate flavour. A bit on the expensive side but they do the job.

It's just a cup that you can shake. Not any different from drinking from other cups!! It didn't change my life or anything like that

Whilst the bars themselves are fine and do the job at £24 for 12 they are too expensive for me to buy on a regular basis. P

A fantastic bar of peanuts with toffee and chocolate.

Good quality, easy enough to clean and it doesn't leak when you shake it.
