Thanks for your feedback. We can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 2nd September 2024 with DX. You emailed us on 6th September to advise it still hadn't arrived so we chased this delivery and unfortunately, the parcel had been misrouted. This was to be redirected back to you. The next working day, the courier had informed us that your order has been lost during transit and was unable to be located. Therefore, the same day, a replacement was dispatched, with delivery the next day.
It is very unfortunate when parcels do go missing (luckily it is few and far between) but we hope that on this occasion, you felt we dealt with it promptly and efficiently.
