Hi Sharon, You are completely right to be frustrated, and I am incredibly sorry. A two-week wait with the order still stuck in transit is completely unacceptable.
We experienced a dispatch delay on our end, which has unfortunately been compounded by a major hold-up within the courier network.
As discussed in our emails, we'll be in touch with an immediate resolution pending the courier's update.

If it wasn't for the packing it would be 5 stars . I am not happy with the way that toiletries are just randomly thrown in with food stuff, no effort is made to even stand bottles etc upright so...
