Shambles of a company. Had issues trying to pay with a debit card instead of PayPal. By the time it was sorted i was advised I had to remove white vinegar from my cart because it was out of stock....

I bought few products and haven't received all the products that I paid for. This is very disappointed. I bought a product from Roc and the shop sent me other that even ia on sale on the website.

Wrong item delivered, with no explanation. Contacted them Fri 30th by phone to let them know, and have had no return call as promised to explain why
