we are very sorry that there have been problems resulting in an unacceptable delay for collection of the faulty machine. Steps have been taken this morning to ensure that this doesn't happen to other customers in the future. Another machine has been shipped to you, as we were unaware that you would have preferred a refund. If you would like to ship the new machine back to us at Oneweigh, we will gladly refund both your purchase and shipping costs. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
