Obviously we're disappointed to hear about the problem you've had with your instrument. You may be able to initiate a warranty claim by contacting Yamaha Portugal direct here pt.yamaha.com/pt/support/contacts/index.html, as this sounds like a warranty issue and shouldn't come at your personal cost, given there is no evidence of mishandling from the courier.
