You didn't tell me when my order was going to arrive, after emailing twice I had no response.Please could this be improved.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you had emailed twice and had no response. Having looked at the date of purchase it looks like it was when we were implementing a new customer service tool to help improve customer service and satisfaction. It somehow looks like it got missed when the transition was taking place for which I can only apologise for.
