Dear customer, thank you for your feedback, which will help to improve our service. We would like to point out that both the photos and the listing description clearly state that the house, being situated on high ground with access via a slope and steps, is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. As for the railings mentioned, please note that these are features belonging to communal/adjacent areas and not directly to the property. Regarding noise, there may be variations at certain times due to building work in the area, but generally the environment remains liveable, as confirmed by the fact that the house is regularly occupied. As for the mattresses, we understand that comfort can be subjective and linked to personal preferences, but we are nevertheless considering possible improvements. Finally, we regret that aspects which are very important to us were not mentioned, such as the recently renovated bathroom, the high standard of cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff and the facilities provided (games, TV, etc.), for which we often receive praise.
