Thanks for your feedback, we love to hear what our customers have to say, both good and bad! I am sorry to hear that you had a long wait for your record album frames. I have looked into this for you and it would appear that the order was dispatched within its 5-7 day lead time as stated on the product page. Unfortunately it then seems to of been delayed in between leaving the seller and reaching you which is a real shame as it was out of the sellers hands.
