Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Having personally dealt with you at the start of the transaction I was pleased that we were able to agree a sale to you within such a short amount of time. We appreciate that changes to appointments, whilst out of our control, can be frustrating when travelling great distances, which is why I was pleased to hear that our team made great efforts to assist during your last visit when transport to the property became difficult for you.
