On the day of the repair we received very attentive and helpful service. But in the lead up to making the appointment we had issues that we have previously discussed.

Very bad as I didn’t get my money back yet, I paid a cctv footage for £120 and they deducted £150 for the excess even it’s not my fault and until now I didn’t get my money back yet
