I understand that this order did not meet your expectations on timing and communication, and I appreciate how frustrating that can be. For clarity, your refund request was acknowledged within minutes and sent for processing the same day. The refund was 100% processed by our accounts team and then completed through PayPal. When the PayPal case was opened it placed the funds on hold on PayPal’s side, which meant we could not release the payment directly until their review was finished. I understand why you chose to use PayPal resolution, and I am sorry that it added extra time to the process.
