Hi Jonathan, thanks for sharing your positive experience on the slopes with us. We're pleased to hear your two teenage boys made significant progress and enjoyed themselves. It's rewarding to hear directly from a happy client like yourself that you found our booking page easy to navigate and the prior communications were informative. We're sorry the boys had a different instructor for the third and final private lesson. We always strive to keep the same instructor, but in this case, as the lessons were booked at different times throughout the day, it was impossible to schedule the same instructor. This was because other lessons were already booked onto the instructor's schedule. We appreciate you sharing this feedback and can completely understand your disappointment. In the future, we'll strive to stay more consistent when pairing our instructors with repeat guests. Thanks again and we hope to see you again in the future. Mel
