Hi Paul, Thank you for sharing your thoughts in the review you wrote about your son's private ski lessons. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate the time you took to provide it. We're glad you found the booking process easy and efficient, and the instructor was punctual and friendly. However, we understand that your son's experience didn't meet your expectations, and for that, we apologize. We always strive to ensure that our guests receive the best possible experience, and we're sorry that we fell short on this occasion. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments on board to ensure that our team communicates more effectively with our guests at the start of their lessons to ensure we meet their goals. It's also worth noting that, as with any sport, the best way to improve is through practice. So, in addition to stopping for drills and discussing technique, there is also an element of moving and practising to get used to the changes to your skiing. It's true; practice makes perfect.
