Disappointing

Nice instructors, appalling administration. Not enough children to run a full class so kids of varied abilities were put together and left alone on the side of the hill while they were being taken...

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We regret to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, it would be helpful to clarify certain aspects of this situation. It is true that the group lesson was not full as it took place with only 2 places out of the 8 places filled. Both of these children were, however, from your party. In essence, this acted as a heavily discounted series of private lessons. As for the difference in skill level, it is our guest's responsibility to book the correct ability group lesson. We can assist in determining the child's level, but it is ultimately the parent or guardian's responsibility. Once we were made aware of what was happening, we had a discussion with the instructor to adjust their setup, which then took place. We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed, and we do hope you and the children enjoyed the rest of your trip.
