Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not not everyone who joins group is advanced

New gen were nice but we had a very mixed standard group which slowed down the whole day. We hiked up the chardonnay to the grand couloir. Narrow at top then opens out. We spent about 2 hours there...

Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the group was of a mixed standard and that you felt it was a waste of money. This is not the experience we at New Gen aim to provide. We can see this is your third Ski Club GB booking with us this winter, so we do hope that you were pleased with your first two sessions. Our partnership with the Ski Club is such that they provide us with a list of clients, and we deliver the lesson for them. The levels of the group - which are self-selected - and the entire booking process is owned by Ski Club GB. Unfortunately we don’t have any influence over what level of skiers are placed in each group. We’d strongly encourage you to take this up with Ski Club GB directly, as as mixed level group is not ideal for us as instructors either. However, in our partnership set up, this is something that we cannot impact, but we do believe feedback from their own members such as you would help them improve their service going forward.
