Hi Jonathan, Thanks for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you felt our team were lovely people trying to do their best, however we're really disappointed that you didn't feel the lessons offered good value. Regarding your younger son's lessons, the instructor did recognise that a few pupils who were at a much lower level. Unfortunately we did not have the availability to move the children around in their morning sessions. However, we did move your son into a higher level group in the afternoons to help with the level disparity. We always aim to have one instructor on group lessons for the entire week as we know that consistency is important (albeit mornings and afternoon instructors often change). However, in this particular instance the instructor got sick halfway through the week and we had to swap them out. We'll be in touch with you directly to discuss this matter further. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future, so that you can receive the high-quality New Gen experience that we are known for. Kind Regards, Hannah
