Thanks for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that your first lesson was what you wanted but sorry that your second one was not. We always aim to keep multiple private lessons on the same instructor when scheduling allows, however we weren't able to in this instance. In speaking to the instructors, they acknowledged that one person in the group was at a lower level than the two others, which was indeed why you did not go on more challenging runs. In private lessons, we advise to ski with skiers of the same level as the instructor needs to accommodate for the lowest level of skier. We do hope you'll give us another chance in the future to provide the same kind of lesson that you had on your first lesson. Kind Regards, Hannah
