Hello Rosemarie, Thanks for sharing your feedback. Our intermediate sessions are Ski Club Levels Silver and above. The silver level description is “A few weeks experience off-piste skiing, possibly with guides/instructors”. We spoke to the instructor and while you may have booked into the wrong group, we feel the runs he chose were challenging yet safe. With regards to the other terrain that you have highlighted, there are a huge number of factors that go into route choice. What looks like nice rolling hills could be littered with terrain traps, affected by the sun and or wind as well as an infinite number of other possibilities. We will chat with our team to ensure they share more of the context on their route choices in the future as this is very valuable information for when you ski off-piste without a guide.
