We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the first clinic with Vanessa and felt our communication prior to your lessons was efficient and informative. Here at New Gen, we want your holiday to run as smoothly as possible, meaning you’ll have a much better experience on the slopes. Thank you for encouraging others from your chalet to join the initial session to allow it to run! However, I’m sorry to hear that we made an exception and allowed extra people to join the second session. Vanessa the instructor, had already skied with the new members and felt they would not interrupt the flow of the lesson. We’re sorry this wasn’t the case and you felt it slowed the lesson down. This is surely not what we’d like to hold ourselves to when it comes to the quality of our service and the progression of the group. I’m going to reach out to Kelly who took your booking, to share your feedback and see how we can prevent anything like this from happening again in the future. Hi P, We appreciate your honest feedback here, and we’re sorry you feel this was not up to the standard you would expect from us at New Generation. Clearly, we could have done better, and we’re sorry that you felt our instructor's English was not good enough. Our diverse team of instructors aren’t always native English speakers, but we do require a good level of spoken English. I want you to know that we have reached out to our Area Manager Davide so we can gain a little more insight into what happened here, and look to make any improvements we can. We will take this feedback on board and put extra measures into place for our pre-season training next year, and want to thank you again for highlighting this to us.
