We are really sorry that you were disappointed this year. If a client is in an accident and cannot get to a lessson we provide an insurance letter which, coupled with a doctor’s note, means that the client can claim back the cost of the lesson. If you are injured on a ski slope it is worth reading through your policy to see what you can claim back. Different policies offer different levels of cover – it is worth talking to an insurance company to make sure all the essentials are covered.
