From our understanding the first day of this lesson went well. It was on the second day that the class started to have a split. As is pointed out the 3 others in the class progressed more quickly. This is no reflection on the client as people can learn at different rates. The instructor was very concerned that the split was occuring so he suggested to the client that a private lesson was taken. We refunded 3 of the 5 lessons and put this towards the private lesson. We hope we reacted to the situation in the proper way. Matthew Cooke (Sales and Marketing Manager)
