Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for your comments - it is great to hear that the boys had a good time. I thought it was worth mentioning about the meeting point as you raised the ice wall issue! Ever since we started in 1650 (11 years ago) we have been trying to get a better meeting point. Every year we submit proposals to the local authorities but with no luck. We will keep trying!
