Thank you for choosing to ski with New Generation Ski School during your visit to Avoriaz. We're so sorry that your experience was not as positive as you had hoped and that some areas of our service didn't meet your expectations. We always do our best to start all classes on time and ensure pupils are skiing at the correct level, but occasionally there can be errors due to factors outside our control. In addition, the snow conditions in Morzine aren't ideal, and for safety reasons, we decided to move all of our lessons from Morzine to Avoriaz. These changes had knock-on operational effects, and we're incredibly sorry that these issues impacted your lessons. I'm glad to hear that our customer service was able to help resolve some of the issues you encountered during your trip. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you in the future.
