How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Thank you so much for your constructive feedback. As we have now been going for 11 years we are now starting to get a lot of our 'younger' clients grow up! This year we started a new group - NewGen Freeride - for 10 to 14 year olds in response to client demand and we are now (as you suggest) seriuosly considering starting another group for teenagers.
