Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for your feedback. Our learnings from this are that we should have given you more communication about what we were working on behind the scenes. Sarah actually phoned me (Matt) after your conversation and I moved things around to try and move the lesson. Sarah continued to ensure that you were looked after. I believe that we should have informed you of what we were doing rather than just 'doing it'. We do put a lot of work in behind the scenes to try and help clients. In regards to the pricing - we are very different to the ESF. Sarah is a new member of staff and is learning about the differences. Your feedback shows me that I need to do some more work with in-resort staff on the differences and our communication with clients. I will make this my priority this week. I do firmly believe that we offer great value to all our clients but I completely understand that if this is not communicated it can be a bit confusing.
