Guided us to a perfect holiday
It was our first ski holiday. You provides good and accurate advice on where to go and what to hire. Our hotel was great, resort excellent and tuition perfect

Great fun holiday
It was generally good. I really enjoyed it. The only things that weren't quite ideal for me were not as much social interaction with other guests as I would hope, and some inclement weather....

We totally overpaid
Booked it online. It was fine. The so called fluctuation in price (reduced by £800 2 weeks before we flew) and my subsequent correspondance with Neilson was not cool.
