Upon the customer notifying us that the postcode submitted on the order was incorrect a correction for this was looked into. As the order had been shipped through our Royal Mail courier on this occasion we could not amend the order whilst in transit. We will continue to monitor the order and advise the customer if returned to confirm the wanted actions from this. The customer confirmation from the order being placed was checked and matched the details submitted on the order.
