Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, unfortunately our packaging does not ensure that the items will remain frozen for a number of hours and I am sorry that you was told different. Our drivers are happy to leave deliveries in a garage freezer or with a neighbour so please add any specific delivery instructions to your next order and we will assist you where we can.
