We are delighted you had an excellent time in Kenya but are so sorry to read that you felt our service was not up to scratch. We had an unfortunate start with a confusion over whether you wanted to travel in August 2023 or August 2024. This was quickly rectified and we negotiated for you to benefit from the 2023 prices which had been quoted, which illicited quite a saving! We can't see that there were any other issues with the booking after going through all our correspondence, but remain incredibly sorry that your impression of us was not 100% - something we always strive for.
