Nationwide Vehicle Contracts Reviews

Thank you for your review Aimee.

Hi Clive, thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that your vehicle arrived with scratches n the day of delivery. Please accept our sincere apologies for this and any inconvenience caused to you as a result. If you haven’t already, please can you send us further details, along with photographs of the damage to our Customer Resolutions team at cr@nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk so we can speak to the supplying dealership and investigate this further for you? Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience Michele.

Hi Sarah, thank your for your review. We are very sorry for the lack of communication on the day of delivery and understand the frustration this caused, especially after waiting beyond your site's closing time. Following your feedback, we have spoken with the supplying dealership. They have confirmed the delivery driver unfortunately ran out of legally permitted driving hours, which meant the vehicle could not be delivered as planned that evening. We completely agree this should have been communicated to you at the time. We have raised this directly with the dealership and asked that, in future, drivers contact customers immediately if delays occur so expectations can be managed properly. We appreciate your patience and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
