Very good but disappointed with communication about the transport issues. The booking agents and the actual site managers do not seem to have a good communication in place.

Thank you for your review. We did email you a few weeks prior to arrival with the transport arrangements. Unfortunately, the ferry company changed the luggage policy the day before you were meant to arrive which meant further emails.
