Thank you for your feedback. Since the collapse of the Sandbanks jetty, we have had to make alternative plans for our holiday cottage guests. We're sorry there have been so many communications as we've tried to improve the process from public parking to private dedicated parking and then changes to the ferry arrangements for the summer timetable.
