Good afternoon Thank you for your feedback. * We don't supply washing detergent as per the inventory on our website - www.nationaltrust.org.uk/holidays/cottages/inventory * We don't offer coffee machines but there was a cafetiere with bags of coffee on the welcome tray * We're sorry to hear about the light in the downstairs bathroom and the heaters. Had we known about these during your stay, we'd have been happy to send a colleague out to fix it. These have been resolved now. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
