Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

I have not received my order yet and although I sent an email to sales I have not received a response. Service can be improved if they use a courier (like UPS or other) where you can track your order.

Many thanks for your email and leaving feedback. We did actually reply to your email on the day we received it, it may well be sitting in your spam/junk folder.
