Abysmal experience. Wrong information given by your staff and ended up by me losing money when policy had to be cancelled and a new one taken out. Your company should have absorbed the loss as wrong...

I have also asked as to how this could have happened and for our procedure to be explained to me, and how it can be changed to resolve this happening again.
