Hi, We're sorry to hear about the experience you had with B12. However, we would urge you not to try them again to alleviate the symptoms of Hot Flush as we do not recommend this product for this particular health issue. Instead, we advocate Vitamin E, Folic acid (B9) (both of which are particularly good for hot flushes and night sweats), Flaxseed Oil, Borage Oil, and Omega 3+7 in our Hot Flush Mangement category.
