So far have gotten nowhere,still waiting for 1st claim to answered.
Having taken the time in the past to file a claim through your service, answered all questions, I am still awaiting an outcome.

I would greatly appreciate and be given the good business courtesy of a responsible reply. Having already placed a claim through your company/ service filing out all necessary documents and information, I received a couple of emails requesting more information which was duly filled in. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing from you at all, apart one one very short message to say everything was in hand and being delt with, I think somewhere along the way there was a brief phone call. Since being told my claim was being delt with I am still waiting with baited for some sort of communication or out come as to wether or not the claim has been successful or not ? Will there be any financial compensation at all or if was not communicating with you at this point in time, would i be hearing anything at all from you @my diesel claim in respect of my first claim filed with you. Yours respectfully Mr Leslie Crowther.
