Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have had difficulties signing the finance agreement for your insurance policy.
The finance agreements are administered by a third party called Premium Credit. Unfortunately we do not have any control over their terms or fees, however appreciate your frustration.
In regards to signing the agreement, you should have received an email from Premium Credit, which will contain a link to sign their credit agreement.
I will shortly send you an email privately, to assist you in logging in to Premium Credit's website. I will also provide you with Premium Credit's contact details should you wish to discuss/query any aspects of your agreement.
Once again, I apologise for any frustration or upset this may have caused you, and hope this helps resolve your situation.
