While we always strive to make each trip as seamless and enjoyable as possible, there are some aspects, such as aircraft facilities and smoking in casinos, that are outside of our control. We are also always happy to assist with specific requests. We can – and did - request special meals for the flights and also assist with dietary requirements for our pre-Mania party. Indeed, we did arrange for additional food options for some clients who approached us at the party, including pizza and chips which were in addition to the hot buffet selection provided. While we endeavoured to make clear that the pre-event party transfers were one way only – largely due to road closures and lengthy journey times after an event at Allegiant that simply make walking an easier option – we could have assisted with additional transfers when notified ahead of time and again did do this for clients with mobility or other challenges who had requested these with us. Our team was available throughout the weekend both at the hotel MVP hospitality desk and also on the WhatsApp numbers provided with your tour documents to help with any issues that arose.
