We appreciate you taking the time to contact us with your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that one of the rabbits from this set has arrived damaged as we do usually take great care when despatching our orders. It may be that the item has become damaged whilst in transit in which case we will be investigating this matter with our couriers. I can see from your account that we received the faulty item back on the 5th July 2011. We are due to send a replacement but unfortunately the item is currently out of stock. Our next delivery is due in on the 5th August 2011 and we can assure you that your replacement will be sent with priority. I am very sorry that your returns postage charges have not been refunded and if you could please e-mail me at service@museumselection.com with the amount you were charged, I will ensure this is refunded immediately. In the meantime we thank you again for your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience and upset we have caused. Best Regards
