Thank you very much for contacting us with your feedback. I am really sorry to hear of the delay you experienced with the Hare Sculptures you have ordered. We certainly should have kept you updated on when the stock would arrive with us and I can only apologise that this was not done. Unfortunately we do not currently offer to refund returns postage charges unless an item has been returned as faulty or if the incorrect item has been sent. I will certainly pass on your feedback regarding our returns policy to our head office for further consideration. In the meantime we thank you again for letting us know your views.
