Recalling the vivid glazes and carnation motifs of William De Morgan's (1839-1917) tiles. Strongly influenced by Persian and Iznik motifs, De Morgan designed tiles for Morris & Co. in the 1860s and 70s; one of his finest tile panels was commissioned for Membland Hall near Plymouth c.1876, which featured blue flowers scrolling amidst green foliage. Recalling the pattern, a sundress with a generous, flaring shape; a sundress with a generous, flaring shape and fitted bodice.

Beautiful dress and have enjoyed wearing it but found the fit on the shoulders to be slightly off centre. However I think it is a little overpriced but I liked it so I kept it. Maybe £20 less?
