Afternoon tea themed die-cut greetings cards which open to reveal a table laid ready for a birthday tea party. Reproducing a fun illustration by contemporary illustrator Julia Bickham, c.1980s-2000s, from the archives of Royle Publications, the design includes lovely details, such as a sign on the front door telling guests ‘In garden – knock and come straight through’, a cat eyeing the Birthday cake, and a view into the garden beyond where a figure can be glimpsed cutting flowers.
