We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Mundy Cruising are very efficient and professional

Very professional service. Need to manage offers from their cruise lines better. Its a pity to lose out on an offer (eg. shipboard credits) because we booked a few days before that offer was released.
